Asociación Amigos de Europa
Friends of Europe is a non-profit organization created in 2014 that aims to provide opportunities at all levels, local, state, and international, to young people. We base our work on intercultural learning and non-formal education, with the goal of promoting youth participation in an international context. We strive to contribute to improving our society, both present and future, by helping young people in their personal development. We work to bring the global to the local level, making international programs accessible to municipalities. The benefits of these programs provide a source of opportunities that create a two-way impact in our communities, as the global reaches our town and we take our municipality across Europe and the world.
Founded in 2018 in Rijeka, Croatia, the Institute of Youth Power (IYP) is a non-profit NGO dedicated to youth development. Started by four youth workers passionate about Erasmus+, IYP now includes 20+ volunteers and members engaged in youth exchanges and local projects.IYP focuses on entrepreneurship, sustainability, leadership, youth employment, inclusion, environmental protection, digital skills, and sports through formal and non-formal education. Its mission is to equip young people with soft skills, entrepreneurship knowledge, self-awareness, and teamwork abilities.The organization promotes personal growth, non-formal education, intercultural dialogue, and lifelong learning while fostering networking and social integration. IYP is committed to improving youth quality of life through volunteering, professional development, tolerance, solidarity, and active citizenship, with a special focus on marginalized groups and rural communities.
Youth Empowerment Association
Youth Empowerment Association (YEA) is a non-profit organization based in Skopje, N. Macedonia. Founded by experienced youth workers, YEA aims to promote youth participation and active citizenship. It uses non-formal education methods to improve youth policies, increase young people's involvement in decision-making processes, and enhance their positive impact on the community. YEA focuses on developing entrepreneurial and innovative mindsets, promoting active participation as a tool for achieving active citizenship, and preserving cultural heritage.The main goals of YEA are to build the capacities of young people in N. Macedonia, improve their competencies, and prepare them for future projects and job requirements.The Youth Empowerment Office will provide a new open space in Skopje for empowering young people through non-formal education, offering educational activities and workshops focused on achieving YEA's main objectives.
